Yay to Fertility Treatment! (With 22-Year Frozen Semen)

When my wife Stefanie and I were deciding where to get fertility treatment to conceive a child, it dawned on us…of course we’d choose the complex where my semen has been stored in the basement for 22 years. But, did we want to try an IUI or IVF, did we need ICSI and PGT, and what the f*&% are all those things?!
